Bill Affinito


From working at a golf course throughout college as he earned his bachelor's degree in economics at St. Michaels College to serving as the course manager of Miacomet Golf Course in Nantucket, Mass., Bill has become familiar with every aspect of golf course management. A former member of the GCSAA Wildlife and Habitat Management Task Force, Bill has been a member of the PBI-Gordon team since March 2005, and serves our Northeast region.

Bret Rush


Bret joined PBI-Gordon in October 2012, bringing 30 years of turf and ornamental industry sales and marketing experience to our team. A true Boilermaker, Bret attended Purdue, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in agronomy with a minor in turfgrass science, and serves the Illinois and Indiana territory.

Curt Collins


A member of the PBI-Gordon team since 2007, Curt has worked in the turf and ornamental industry for more than 15 years as a golf course superintendent and as a sales representative. He served on the North/South Turfgrass Association Board of Directors, and his territory includes Tennessee, South Carolina, and western North Carolina.

Don Frantz


Don has worked in the turf industry since 2000, specializing in the sports turf segment. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University, majoring in landscape horticulture with an emphasis in turf management. His professional experience has included all aspects of the industry, from sales to working with professional baseball clubs. Don lives with his wife and twin daughters in Highlands Ranch, just south of Denver, and serves the Kansas, Colorado and eastern Wyoming territories.

Greg Milosch


Greg came to PBI-Gordon in 1995, bringing experience gained on his family's golf course as well as from his jobs with TruGreen and Corey Orchard and Turf. Greg completed the two-year turfgrass program at Michigan State University. He is a member of the Rotary Club and several local golf course associations and lawn care chapters as he serves Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky.

Heath Schesser


Heath joined PBI-Gordon in October 2012, and serves as representative for Missouri, Arkansas and Louisiana. He graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelor's degree in golf course management, and has more than 15 years experience in the golf course, sports fields and lawn care industries. Heath was also an All-American baseball player at Kansas State in 1997, and was drafted in the fifth round by the Detroit Tigers.

James Sorensen


James brings almost 20 years of turf industry experience to the Gordon's Professional team, with duties ranging from spray technician to serving as assistant supervisor at the Olympia (WA) Country Club. Most recently, James owned and operated Electric Showers Irrigation in Rochester, WA for ten years. He earned his bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Montana, and his associate of applied science degree in Turf Management from Walla Walla Community College. James, his wife, Lisa, and daughter Madysen, are relocating to Phoenix, where James will serve customers in California, Nevada and Arizona.

Jeff Schmidt


Jeff has been involved in the turf industry since 1991, including six years helping fellow turf pros as territory manager for Reinders, Inc. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University, majoring in horticulture with an emphasis in turf, and served as assistant golf course supervisor at courses in Milwaukee and Minneapolis. A member of the Minnesota Golf Course Superintendent Association, Jeff lives with his wife and son in Eden Prairie, just outside of Minneapolis.

Jim Garrett


Jim is a Certified Golf Course Superintendent with more than 19 years of experience as a Super, plus two years in sports turf construction. Jim earned a BS in agronomy from Texas A&M, is a member of Golf Course Superintendents of America, and served on the board and as the secretary/treasurer of the Hi-Lo Desert GCSA. He has been a speaker at the National GCSAA Convention, and has written for Golf Course Management magazine. Jim serves as the PBI-Gordon rep for turf professionals in New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.

John Wiblishauser


Based in Philadelphia, Pa., John is responsible for PBI-Gordon product sales to turfgrass management customers in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Immediately prior to joining PBI-Gordon in 2018, John was in sales with Grigg Brothers, where he covered a territory that ran from Virginia to Maine. Before that he was with Bayer CropScience. John is a graduate of the Rutgers University Golf Turf Management program.

Matthew Ayala


Based in Ft. Myers, Fla., Matthew is responsible for PBI-Gordon product sales to golf course and turfgrass management customers in Florida and the Caribbean. Matthew came to PBI-Gordon in 2018 from SePRO Corporation, where he served as sales manager for the turf and landscape markets in western Florida. He is a Certified Pesticide Operator and alumnus of the University of Central Florida.

Mike Sorensen


Mike graduated from Walla Walla Community College with an associate of applied science degree in turf management, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in crop science from Washington State University. He has worked in the golf and turf and ornamental industries since 2000, including eight years as a golf course superintendent. A member of multiple local and national golf and turf associations,Mike serves Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, Hawaii, and western Wyoming for Gordon's Professional.

Pat Bowers


Pat Bowers serves PBI-Gordon customers and partners in the Mid-Atlantic region. Pat's expertise comes from more than 15 years in the professional turf industry, and he earned his bachelor of science degree in agribusiness from Virginia Tech. Pat's territory includes Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Myrtle Beach and eastern North Carolina.

Scott Wanzor


Scott has been with PBI-Gordon since 2002, and brought with him almost 25 years of industry experience to the team. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in entomology and an Associate of Applied Science degree in structural pest control. Scott has served on the board of directors for the Landscape Management Association in Florida, is a past member of the GCSAA and the Southern Nurseryman's Association, and serves Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia.
